Laura Semple and Beth Hettrich are full time realtors. They both grew up in Sudbury and each have three children that they are raising in Sudbury. If you need to know about Sudbury or any surrounding communities they can tell you from first hand experience about schools, youth sports, community events, etc!
Since 2012 Laura and Beth have sold more homes in Sudbury than any other realtor or real estate team EACH year. They also have many years of experience in Wayland, Weston, Concord, Lincoln, Maynard, Stow, Acton and Framingham, and many surrounding towns.
Laura and Beth started as a team in 2008 and have consistently been awarded a Coldwell Banker Award for sales volume each year since. Last year they were awarded the Presidents Elite Award for sales volume for top 1% in the country! They currently rank in the TOP 50 realtors for Coldwell Banker in New England for sales volume. They are listed in the "Top 100 Influential Realtors in MA."
