We sold a Sudbury, MA house with Beth and Laura in 2020. They understood the market and were spot on with their projections for what the house sold for. They helped us pick the right time to enter the market and ensure a quick sale. We moved out and left town the day before closing we forgot to leave a check for the cleaning lady and the movers damaged one of the walls. They took care of everything in stride and kept the sale on track.

We selected Laura Semple and Beth Hettrich after conducting interviews of the top realtors in the area. They did not disappoint. Based on their expertise, we listed our house and prepared it for sale in early February and shortly afterward had an open house that attracted the Buyer.
